Appellee sued appellants to recover damages for breach of a written contract, and recovered judgment. The assignment of errors calls in question the action of the court in overruling the separate demurrer of each appellant to each paragraph of the complaint, and the action of the court in overruling the separate motion of each appellant for a new trial.
