Tbe plaintiff: alleged in ber petition that tbe defendant is a corporation with its principal place of business in Ornaba, Nebraska, “engaged in publishing a newspaper generally known as the World-Herald, which has a large circulation in tbe cities of Omaha, South Omaha, state of Nebraska, and in various other cities and states,” and *109the defendant published two articles of and concerning the plaintiff, one on or about the 12th day of May, 1908, and the other on or about the 24th day of May, 1908.
