The complainant filed his bill in the Court below which, having been twice amended, sought to impress a trust upon certain real property in Palm Beach County, Florida, alleged to have been purchased by the wife of the bankrupt with funds of the bankrupt and taken in the name of the mother of the wife and to have the same marshaled as assets of the bankrupt.
