ORDER RE: COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY

The matter before the court is the final trial of plaintiffs’ complaint to determine the dischargeability of their claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(4). Trial was held June 6, 2006 in Council Bluffs. Plaintiffs Randall C. Davis, David Mutum, R.C.D., Inc., Mutum, Inc., R.D. Contracting, Inc., and D.E.M., Inc.
