*402 MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES G. MIXON, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Tasha Sims (Sims) and John Sims (Plaintiffs) to have Ryan James Roggasch’s (Debtor) debt declared nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). The complaint also objects to the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2) and 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(6). Trial on the merits was held in Little Rock, Arkansas, on September 13-14, 2012 and the matter was taken under advisement.
