We shall refer to the parties by name or as plaintiff and defendants, their relative positions here being the same as in the trial court. By his complaint plaintiff sought damages for breach of contract alleged to have resulted from the refusal of defendants to renew the same for an additional five years. Defendants demurred to the complaint for insufficiency of facts to constitute a cause of action. Their demurrer was sustained, plaintiff elected to stand and judgment of dismissal followed.
