This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendants based upon a jury verdict in an action arising out of a real estate commission contract. We affirm.

Plaintiff, G.D. Webb, d/b/a Webb Real Estate and Sales Agency, brought this action against Billy R. Renfrow; Virginia Renfrow; Romey L. Renfrow; Gladys B. Renfrow; C.B. International, Inc., a corporation; and Southeast Pizza Huts, Inc., a corporation.
