(Jim) Short, Norman Smoake and Jim Short Ford Sales, Inc., conspired to defraud the plaintiff, Robert Washington, and the Ford Motor Credit Company knew or should have known of the conspiracy and fraudulently suppressed the information from the plaintiff.
