Plaintiff Karla Louise Daniels brought an action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying Plaintiffs application for supplemental security income (“SSI”), which Plaintiff had filed pursuant to Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 423 (2000). Plaintiff now appeals from the district court’s order affirming the Commissioner’s denial of SSI benefits to Plaintiff.
