This case presents questions of first impression regarding removal of an action containing a claim under Connecticut’s Workers’ Compensation Act. Plaintiff, a former employee of the defendant, brought this action in Connecticut Superior Court alleging that the defendant had fired her in violation of the Act’s antiretaliation provision, Conn.
