Plaintiff Heidi Norman brings this action against her former employer, defendant Southern Guaranty Insurance Company, alleging claims under the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 2601-2654 (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act,. 42 U.S.CA. §§ 12112-12117(ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215(a)(3) (FLSA), and state-law claims for negligent supervision and training, negligent retention, and negligence.
