MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendants Sheila and Peter Hall went to defendant Psychotherapist Steven H. Stone (“Stone”) for marital counseling. Stone engaged in a sexual relationship with Sheila Hall during professional treatment and therapy. Plaintiff American Home Assurance Co. (“American Home”) brought this suit seeking a declaration that American Home’s obligation to indemnify Stone is limited to $25,000 for any settlement or judgment entered in the underlying lawsuits filed by the Halls. 1 This matter is before the court on the parties’ cross-motions…
