This appeal involves an attempt by ANR Freight System, Inc. (“ANR”) and The Coastal Corporation (“Coastal”), non-settling defendants, to object to a settlement agreement between the plaintiff class and another defendant, Local Union No. 710, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (“Local 710”). We find that the non-settling defendants, ANR and Coastal, do not have standing to object to this settlement agreement. We further find that we do not have jurisdiction over the non-settling defendants’ second claim that the district court improperly denied…
