Contrary to his pleas, a panel of officers and enlisted members sitting as a general court-martial convicted Appellant of one specification of indecent conduct, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006), as well as two specifications of committing an indecent act with a child, and one specification each of knowingly possessing child pornography, knowingly receiving child pornography, persuasion and enticement of sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions, and…
