DIMOCK, District Judge.

Defendant Lieberman moves to inspect the Grand Jury minutes or, in lieu thereof, to dismiss the indictment and, in the alternative, for a bill of particulars.

The three defendants, Lieberman, Deppe and Doehain, have been indicted on two counts, the first of which charges that they smuggled and clandestinely introduced into the United States $233,000 worth of diamonds in violation of section 545 of title 18 of the United States Code and the second, that they conspired with other persons unknown to violate that section.
