The plaintiffs in these cases are residents and citizens of the State of Texas. The defendants are residents and citizens of the State of West Virginia. The accident, a collision between automobiles, occurred on a public highway in Morgan County, Ten nessee, within this judicial district and division. Motions have been filed by defendants for dismissal • of the ' actions because laid in the wrong court.
