Courtney Semaj Wade (“defendant”) presents the following issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court properly determined his prior record level; (2) whether the trial court erroneously denied defend ant’s motion to dismiss the charges of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, safecracking, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and first degree burglary at the close of the State’s evidence and at the close of all the evidence; and (3) whether the trial court erroneously denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the charge of second degree kidnapping…
