Grant Ronnie William McNair ("Defendant") appeals his 19 April 2016 conviction for resisting, delaying, or obstructing a public officer and for operating a motor vehicle on a street or highway without being licensed. Defendant contends the charging document was insufficient to confer subject-matter jurisdiction on the trial court and argues the court erred in sentencing him as a level III misdemeanor offender without sufficient proof of his prior convictions.
