This case is before us on appeal for the second time. We refer to our previous decision, State v. Sahlie, S.D., 245 N.W.2d 476 (1976), for a further review of the facts.
Pursuant to the remand, appellant was retried on the charge of first-degree robbery. The jury again found him guilty. Prior to trial the court ordered appellant’s expert witnesses to file written reports with the clerk of courts.
