Boring, Justice.

This was a suit to foreclose the plaintiff’s security on a cash register sold by plaintiff to defendant Ness under a conditional sales contract and to recover a deficiency judgment against Ness and the corporate defendant. The deferred payments under the contract aggregated $470, to be paid in 14 monthly installments of $30 each and one payment of $50. This unpaid portion of the contract price was further evidenced by a promissory note.
