O’MALLEY, District Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Russell B. Allen was charged in a three-count indictment with: (1) possession with intent to distribute marigua-na; (2) possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and (3) contemporaneous use of a firearm. Allen filed a motion to suppress evidence, which the district court denied. Thereafter, a jury found Allen guilty on all three counts, and the trial court sentenced Allen to one hundred months in a federal penitentiary.
