This is an employee’s petition to review an amended decree of the workmen’s compensation commission. The petitioner alleges decreased earning capacity and seeks the payment of certain medical bills. The case is before us on the petitioner’s appeal from a decree of the full commission affirming the decree of the trial commissioner.
