MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Julie A. Salazar appeals from an opinion and order entered by a United States Magistrate Judge 1 that affirmed the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (Commissioner) denying her application for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. We reverse and remand for an award of benefits.
