STEPHANIE K. SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge.

Crystal M. Givens appeals from an order of the district court affirming the Commissioner’s decision denying her application for Supplemental Security Income benefits (SSI). Ms. Givens filed for these benefits on September 29, 2003. She alleged disability based on knee surgeries, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety, and depression. The agency denied her applications initially and on reconsideration. We *563reverse and remand for further consideration.
