William C. Sparling died on November 10, 1966, as the result of accidental injuries received in the course of his employment. The question presented on this appeal is whether Joan Sparling ¿r Bette Lou Sparling is his widow and entitled to the compensation provided by section 7(a) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act for the “widow * * * whom he [the employee] was under legal obligation to support * * (Ill.
