1Opinion of the CourtJustice Ryan

This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Kane County confirming the decision of the Industrial Commission which had affirmed an arbitrator’s award to Bonita Peterman Mead for benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1969, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for the death of her husband, Jimmy Ray Peter-man. It was stipulated that on December 29, 1969, the decedent sustained accidental injuries which arose out of and in the course of his employment. At issue in this case is the claimant’s right as the decedent’s widow to receive compensation under the Act.
