In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the defendants Morris D. Platt, M.D., and Leo Green, M.D., ap*679peal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated March 14, 1995, which denied their motion to set aside a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff and against them, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated May 10, 1995, which, upon the jury verdict, is in favor of the plaintiff and against them in the principal sum of $400,000.
