The respondent appeals from the judgment of the trial court terminating her parental rights, claiming as error (1) that the trial court misapplied the time requirements of General Statutes § 17-43a, and (2) that the “extended period of time” requirement of General Statutes § 17-43a (b) is unconstitutionally vague.
