This is an appeal from the termination of the respondent mother’s parental rights. The child in question was born out of wedlock on January 25, 1982. Four days later, the respondent voluntarily placed the child in foster care because she had no housing or means of support. On October 18,1982, the child was returned to the respondent. Less than two months later, the child was again placed in foster care, this time by the respondent’s parents with whom she had left the infant.
