MEMORANDUM ORDER
DONALD D. ALSOP, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on various motions of the parties. Defendant (“3M”) has moved to compel joinder of two local unions, to limit the complaint of plaintiff-intervenor Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), to limit the scope of discovery and to compel production of certain documents. The EEOC has *469moved to compel production of documents. Plaintiffs National Organization for Women (“NOW”), Ricker and Weigenant have moved to compel production of documents and to compel answers to interrogatories.
