GENOVESE, Judge.

|, Defendant, Safeway Insurance Company of Louisiana (Safeway), suspensively appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company *983(State Farm), relative to automobile liability insurance coverage. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
