HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Amy Elizabeth Van. Gerpen (Van Gerpen) appeals from the district court’s 1 grant of American Family. Insurance Company’s (American Family)- motion for summary judgment in this diversity action. Van Ger-pen argues that the homeowner’s policy Richard Mohr purchased from American Family provides liability coverage for claims arising out of Chase Van Gerpen’s death. We affirm.
