Galactic Employer Services, Inc. ("Galactic"), appeals from the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Clarence McDorman ("Clarence") and Thomas "Slate" McDorman ("Slate"). We affirm.
Zeyad Awwad was hired as the chief executive officer of Matrix, Inc., a corporation that provided "e-commerce" solutions and computer-network support and that designed Internet Web pages.
