Plaintiff Allie Stewart claims that she was the victim of unlawful debt collection *1146practices. When she defended against a debt collection action in state court brought by Bureaus Investment Group # 1, LLC, she discovered that Bureaus Investment Group # 1, LLC lacked authority to sue her in Alabama. Ms. Stewart subsequently learned that no such business entity ever existed.
