Defendant, Clifford Wetzel, doing business as Newark-Gardens, Inc., appeals from an order of the Arenac County Probate Court which granted plaintiff, Estate of Frank Kus, deceased, by Doris Kus, personal representative, a partial accelerated judgment on defendant’s counterclaim.
