Plaintiff-appellant, Annie Laurine Dodge Van Etten, appeals by leave granted from a circuit court order granting defendants’ motion to remove to the probate court plaintiff’s chancery proceeding to reform a 1940 settlement agreement on the basis that the issues sought to be raised are ancillary to the pending probate proceedings.
