OPINION AND ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
Before the court is the motion of Defendant LaSalle Bank of Lake View (“LaSalle”) to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Third Amended Complaint (“Complaint”). 1 For the following reasons, the motion is granted in part and denied in part.
I. Truth in Lending Claims
Plaintiffs brought this action alleging that LaSalle engaged in deceptive practices in connection with the financing of home improvement transactions.
