Plaintiff, 1 currently an inmate at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City and previously at the Indiana State Reformato ry in Pendleton, 2 brought this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 challenging the available medical care and the conditions of confinement in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
