1Per curiam

In this action the plaintiff, plaintiff in error here, sought to foreclose a materialmen’s lien on the lots, buildings and equipment used in and about the operation of the Cloud Chief Gin. There is no dispute, as to the materials furnished by the plaintiff or the amount or price thereof. The only question presented to this court for determination is the question of the priority and extent of the liens of the various claimants.
