EDENFIELD, Chief Judge.

These actions arise out of an automobile accident which occurred on April 27, 1973, in Clayton County, Georgia. Plaintiffs, citizens of the State of Georgia, filed suit against defendants Barber, citizens of the State of Alabama, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, Northern Division, on April 23, 1975, apparently positing jurisdiction upon diversity of citizenship.
