The genesis of this case is found in three trust documents created by George Charles Krug, who was the husband of the Plaintiff-Appellee, Eleanor Krug, and father of the Defendant-Appellant, Gregory Krug (Greg). In 1987 George Krug executed the George Charles Krug Revocable Trust (GCK Trust). At that time he had a wife of over 50 years and three children, Catherine, Carol and Gregory.
