OPINION

The plaintiff filed this action in the Chancery Court of Houston County seeking to quiet title to a parcel of property located there. The court granted the defendants’ Tenn. R. Civ. P. 12.02 motion to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint, and im posed sanctions pursuant to Tenn. R. Civ. P. 11.
