Plaintiff GSS Group Ltd. (“GSS”) initiated this action by filing a petition to confirm foreign arbitration awards. Respondent the National Port Authority (“NPA”) now moves to dismiss that petition, arguing, among other things, that the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents this Court from exercising personal jurisdiction over the NPA.
