Before this Court is a motion1 to dismiss or, in the alternative, to refuse to *664confirm an arbitral award filed by respondents, Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd. (“Mawei”) and Fujian Shipbuilding Industry Group Corp. (“the Fujian Group”) (collectively, “the Fujian respondents”). Petitioner, First Investment Corporation of the Marshall Islands (“FIC”) has filed an opposition.2 For the following reasons, the motion to dismiss is GRANTED.
