This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County entered on April 25, 1991, granting plaintiffs motion for discontinuance with respect to nine defendants 1 without prejudice to the remaining defendants to join the dismissed parties to this action, at a later date, should further discovery reveal that joinder is justified.
