The bill filed in this cause seeks to compel the quarterly county court of Dyer County, Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of the Acts of the General Assembly, Private Acts, Chapter 788, Session of 1935, and conformable to a written agreement and a resolution of the said court, to levy a tax sufficient to take care of the interest and to create a sinking fund to retire the principal amount of such bonds on maturity.
