Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Ledina, J.), rendered August 28, 2007, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree (three counts), criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, scheme to defraud in the first degree and identity theft in the second degree.
