This matter is before the Court upon the Motions of Defendants AT & T Corporation, the AT & T Employees’ Benefit Committee and the other AT & T employee benefit entities identified in the Complaint 1 (collectively, “AT & T”) and Defendant Lucent Technologies, Inc.
