This is a proceeding by George Dotson, Idalia Dotson, wife of Edward McNeill and Leonidas, Edward and Roland Washington, children of Wilhelmina Dotson, to annul and set aside a judgment rendered by the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans in the above entitled cause, wherein Alporta Dotson, Annie Dotson, Maceola Dotson, widow of Albert Solari and Eliza Dotson, wife of Frank Francois were recognized as the sole heirs at law of Sherman Dotson, their deceased father, and were sent into possession of all of the property left by him.
