Plaintiffs filed this diversity action against Entre Computer Centers, Inc., Steven B. Heller and James J. Edgette, individually, claiming fraud, fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act; TEX.BUS. & COMM. CODE ANN. §§ 17.46, 17.50 (Vernon 1987). Defendants have moved to dismiss for improper venue and lack of personal jurisdiction over the defendants.
